With the mission of increasing the competitive capacity of its customers, TOTVS has been constantly working on the functional and technological evolution of its products and, for this reason, we communicate that the integration functionality of TOTVS Construction Property Management with TOTVS BackOffice (Protheus Line) via EAI 1.0 will be discontinued on July 31, 2021.
In accordance with the TOTVS Software Life Cycle Policy, as of the date of discontinuation, published on the Customer Portal, TOTVS will not evolve or maintain the discontinued functionality.
We suggest that customers who still use the version of the integration via EAI 1.0 migrate to the version via EAI 2.0, which offers a more adherent solution to the processes of Property Management companies with a better performance, in addition to a more secure form of integration.
To ensure the successful adoption of the new solution, it is imperative to validate product adherence, the setting of specific configurations and new parameters, followed by test rounds, with the purpose of providing you the best possible service. It is worth mentioning that the implementation of the chosen solution may generate the need for training and qualifications, which can be provided on demand.
