Because of that, we inform you that the TReports 12.1.29 solution will be discontinued on May 1, 2023.
We suggest that all customers that still use this solution adopt the new TReports version, which is an independent solution for creating and generating reports, dynamic tables, and data views. Besides being capable of full integration with TOTVS ERPs, it stands out for its flexibility and ease of obtaining results with minimum effort and technical knowledge.
Below, we clarify possible questions about the transition to the new TReports version:
How can I use TReports?
To access this solution, follow the steps in the installation documentation at the following link https://tdn.totvs.com/display/TREP/TREPORTS
Important: customers currently using TReports 12.1.29 will have no cost to migrate to the new TReports.
What will happen to my data?
To ensure an easy transition, our Technical Support team is prepared to perform the migration of your data to the new solution. Contact us using the Customer Portal and open a ticket requesting support in the migration of version 12.1.29 to the new version of TReports, informing to which ERP it will be integrated.
TOTVS will always act following each and every applicable law and occasional existing confidentiality duties.
What will happen if I do not migrate to the substitute solution until the discontinuation date?
We recommend that you plan to migrate to the substitute solution until May 1, 2023, because, if you do not migrate to the new TReports up to this date, the support to version 12.1.29 will be ended, and you will not receive any other support for TReports 12.1.29.
What will happen after the discontinuation date?
In accordance with the TOTVS Software Life Cycle Policy, as of the date of discontinuation, TOTVS will not evolve, support or maintain the discontinued solution.
Does any documentation exist to get to know the substitute product?

Do I need to validate the substitute solution in my environment?
We recommend that to guarantee success in this process, you validate the adherence and definition of specific configurations and new parameter settings, followed by test cycles. It is worth mentioning that the implementation of the chosen solution may generate the need for training sessions and qualifications, which can be provided on demand.
